How do i earn respect for others garaz dan dhea

Hi, my name Garazzakina and Dhea class 9.2 from spendulim junior highschool. I’ll talk about my first experience of being a leader to the new english club.

I was standing on the front side by side with the head of EC and i can only tell the reader that it is a VERY EXHAUSTING experience, i’m not that panicked when i lead the EC but slowly i got more and more exhausted by these junior behavior. None of them were listening to me nor the head of EC.

Tho im real exhausted i still had to get the EC going since its my responsibility.. together me and the head of EC end today meeting at 3 (due we start it at 1)

My social battery was real on low stats so i was in a bad mood but stay positive since some of the junior were lookin up on me, i came home thinking everything ruined but in reality it was ok.

I spent my night overthinking at how much have i burden my senior back then? I’m not an overthinker so idecide to apologize to one of my senior that i always burdened him with my behavior.

After talk to him about the day i felt better and think my social battery and happiness were full for some days later, and then i promised myself that after this day i wont ever disrespect my senior.
